Thursday, April 23rd to Saturday, April 25th at Summercrest Neighborhood
The Summercrest Homeowners Association will be hosting a community wide Spring Garage Sale from April 23 through April 25, partnering with the neighboring Association, Quail Valley, for more attendance. This is a great opportunity for residents to declutter, meet neighbors, and participate in a neighborhood event!
Residents who would like to participate may set up their sale items in their driveway or garage. The Association will place neighborhood signage to help direct visitors to the community.
We encourage everyone to participate and help make the event a success!
Thursday, May 14th, 6:00pm at Leawood Pioneer Library
The Summercrest Board of Directors will be meeting on Thursday, May 14, 6:00p, in the Leawood Pioneer Library Study Room 1 (4700 Town Center Dr). Meetings are open to all Summercrest residents. The Board will be discussing the Association's financials, projects, and will field any residents' questions, comments, or concerns.
If you plan to attend the meeting and have an agenda item to discuss, please provide your Association Manager, Nicolas Paschal, with the details of the agenda item by emailing npaschal@hasolutions.net and to confirm attendance as the reserved room is allotted for only so many people.
Wednesday, June 10th, 7:00pm at Leawood Pioneer Library
The Summercrest Board of Directors will host the Association's Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday, June 10 with the time and location yet to be determined (ideally 7:00p in the Leawood Pioneer Library, 4700 Town Center Dr, Large Meeting Room).
The Board will discuss the Association's prior year's financials, prior year's accomplishments, the approved upcoming fiscal year budget, any projects slated for the upcoming fiscal year, and will field any residents' questions, comments, or concerns. Additionally, the election for the upcoming fiscal year Board of Directors will take place at this meeting; it is important you make an effort to participate! We hope to see you there!
All Summercrest residents should receive their annual mailer in mid-late May with a June 30 due date for dues. The mailer will include an invoice, a notice for the Annual Meeting, a proxy, and a nomination form. If you do not receive this mailer or would like a digital copy, please reach out to your Association Manager, Nicolas Paschal, at npaschal@hasolutions.net no sooner than May 31.
