Summercrest Annual Membership Meeting
Monday, June 29th, 7:00pm at Leawood Pioneer Library

The Summercrest Board of Directors will host the Association's Annual Membership Meeting on Monday, June 29, 7pm, at Tomahawk Ridge Community Center.
 
The Board will discuss the Association's prior year's financials, prior year's accomplishments, the approved upcoming fiscal year budget, any projects slated for the upcoming fiscal year, and will field any residents' questions, comments, or concerns. Additionally, the election for the upcoming fiscal year Board of Directors will take place at this meeting; it is important you make an effort to participate! We hope to see you there!

All Summercrest residents should receive their annual mailer beginning the week of June 8. The mailer will include an invoice, a notice for the Annual Meeting, a proxy, a nomination form, and registration instructions for Home Association Solutions' new Association management software, CINC Systems.
Board of Directors Meeting
Thursday, August 13th, 6:00pm at Leawood Pioneer Library
The Summercrest Board of Directors will be meeting on Thursday, August 13 with the time and location yet to be determined (ideally 6:00p at the Leawood Pioneer Library, 4700 Town Center Dr). Meetings are open to all Summercrest residents. The Board will be discussing the Association's financials, projects, and will field any residents' questions, comments, or concerns.
 
If you plan to attend the meeting and have an agenda item to discuss, please provide your Association Manager, Nicolas Paschal, with the details of the agenda item by emailing npaschal@hasolutions.net and to confirm the time, location, and attendance.

Located in the heart of Overland Park, this neighborhood is a warm and welcoming community with social events such as the annual picnic that bring families together. We are an established community dating back to the 1980's and have seen the city grow around us. Everyone is invited to participate in the Home Owners Association's meetings, gatherings, and the upkeep of the neighborhood! We strive to continue building the community to be the best neighborhood in Kansas City!
